We work with structural engineers for second story additions or load bearing wall issues. Design work is available in house or in cooperation with various architects and designers. Or, you may select your own designer or architect. We will be glad to review your plans and create an estimate for the work.

New construction and major upgrade projects typically require a permit for your homeowner’s insurance to cover the added space. We coordinate the permit process as well as the flow of material deliveries, labor, specialty trades and inspections.

As a remodeling project progresses, some disorder and mess occurs, especially when you live in the home while work is done. We endeavor to keep things as orderly as possible, finish as soon as possible and reduce the amount disorder and mess.
